Outfit Of The Day – Diwali Special

Festivals are good because you get to dress up in ethnic wear 🙂 And yeah amazing food too ! Your dress will be an added factor to the celebrations with family.

This is what I wore for Diwali, hope you girls like it 🙂

I loved its peach pink colour with blue and red in it. It is simple yet elegant in the way it is designed.

I wore huge earrings with small pearls. They go really well with ethnic dresses and I love to wear them with few sarees too. Since I wore a heavy earring I preferred not  to wear any neck piece and kept it light.

I have tied my hair back loosely with a clip, though usually I let it loose.

I like to wear duppata over neck as I have not worn any jewelry on my neck. But you can choose to leave it open at the side of the hand.

For the footwear, I chose a lovely pair of basic black sandals which are a must have in every girls’ wardrobe. It has a 2.5 inch heel and goes well with chudidhar. Avoid wearing higher heels as they are not very comfortable and harmful for your back.
