Coming back to the OOTD, Ladies, put your hands together for fashion world’s hottest member these days — the crop top!! Crop tops are so much in fashion since the last few months and you are spoiled with too many cute choices to pick from. I always wear my crop tops with either a high waist jeans or a pair of palazzo pants. However, this time I chose to pair it with a maxi skirt.

The black crop top that I am wearing has lace at the front and a plain back. I just love this top and no, it isn’t branded. I picked it up from a shop in Commercial Street, Bangalore. Just goes on to say, an elegant wardrobe does not have to be heavy on your pocket, nor does it always have to come with a huge label!
Maxi dresses and skirts are back in trend or May I just say ‘cool’ is back in trend! Now I am sure it is pretty clear to all of you that I am a big time online shopping junkie! I was desperately looking for a lovely maxi skirt and thanks to the online Gods, I got a perfect one! Although the material of the skirt was not exactly what I expected, but at the end of the day, it looked good aView Postnd it looked elegant and I loved it!

Black and Orange combination works really well, so obviously I took out my black crop top to match with this maxi skirt. Isn’t Orange the new black 😉

I wore this outfit for a casual evening meet up with friends which was also my extended birthday celebration! Hence I was dressed up all pretty with a cute flower hairband which gave me the “birthday girl” attention that I totally revelled in!

Since no dress is complete without a pair of lovely shoes, I paired my dress with black pumps that were comfortable and stylish.
I don’t over accessorize for casual meet ups. This time it was just my big rose dial watch, two rings and a pair of rock chick glares. Adding to my rock chick look, I wore my leather jacket and honestly, it gave the dress a different zing! What do you think?
