Wasn’t it just some days back when I did the winter essentials pullover post? It’s already summer! Time flies! So I am back with a summer essential — Florals! Here are a few pictures of my pretty flowery outfit that can be worn to office.
Floral dresses are must have’s in summer. You should definitely own at least one to wear them for brunches or just on a normal outing. It is summer! It is bright and sunny and happy! Yes it is also hot but let’s just focus on the positives right now, shall we?
I am wearing a floral top with a deep U neck and a wider cut at bottom. This top can be worn with jeans, maxi skirts or even shorts. I chose to wear it with my formal black skirt.
I have accessorized the look with a simple neck piece, which is actually a head band. Just following my policy of one thing –multiple uses! I hope you remember this and this. I preferred studs over big earrings to avoid too much of bling.
I have kept the look simple with bare minimum make up by using only cc cream, compact powder and my pink L’oreal Lipstick that I reviewed and can be read here.
Since the top has wider base if you tuck it out, it suits well for curvy women who worry to wear short tops. Also you can tie up your hair into a pony to avoid sweating in hot summer. It goes well for a formal look as well.
I have gone really simple here with nude nail paint and simple ring for my palms. You can choose to go subtle or add a little oomph by a bright nail colour according to the occasion or you know, just your mood!
Its summer and “summers and sunnies” go hand in hand! This time of the year, you have to keep a pair of stylish shades that coolly say #Boss! Sunglasses suit you only when they are according to the frame of your face. Choose the sunglasses that are your soul mate –that make you feel fabulous. Go ahead and take your time. Important decisions should not be rushed in!
