Have you ever realized that “makeup artists” are actually artists in every true sense of the word. It takes a lot of practice, understanding, and some instincts to know what’s right and what works for you. Although I cannot claim to be a proficient person when it comes to makeup, I keep myself updated with what keeps the market buzzing and one trend that has grown its roots deep in this department is the smokey eye. I leave it to the experts, who in this case is none other than Mickey Contractor, to tell you how can you dazzle everyone with a perfect Smokey Eye!

Detailed Steps explaining how to get the above look:
Step 1:
Begin by prepping your skin with Studio Moisture Cream; conceal and correct wherever required, finish with applying Foundation
Step 2:
Apply MAC Fluidline in Black Track on the upper eyelid and use brush 219 to softly blend it. Keep it intense closer to the lashes while going upwards to the brow bone
Step 3:
Starting from the inner corner of the eye, use MAC eye shadow in Folie over the liner corner of the eye and blend it. Then use MAC eye shadow in Carbon on the outer corner of the eye and blend it well for the smoky look
Step 4:
Use MAC Kohl Power Pencil in Feline on the waterline, apply the MAC eye shadow in Folie and then Carbon along the lower lash line. Finish the look by applying coats of In extreme Dimension Mascara.
Step 5:
Complete the entire look by dabbing a little bit of MAC Lipstick in Yash on the lips.
I loved this look, as it’s a combination of nude lips and smokey eyes. It totally goes with my policy of flaunting a balanced look!
