Ever since Aeropostale announced it’s launch, Bangaloreans have been pretty excited about it which abod is obvious considering we Bangaloreans love all things fashion. And because being a Fashion Blogger has its own fringe benefits, I got a chance to visit their stores before the rest of the city. It was exciting because I have been following their collection over the internet and have been liking what I see. The first Aeropostale store has been launched in Orion Mall. I liked the size of the store to begin with – it is not too huge and neither is it way too small. It is just apt for a store in a mall.
As I walked through the store, I could see the collection being focused on young men and women. They had some chic dresses, shorts, gunji, shirts, tops and T-shirts for women. I was asked to style something from the collection and after looking at everything, I picked up a ripped denim high waist shorts, Crop top, and a denim Shirt. I wore it and I knew I need not look further as I had the best outfit that defines me — casual, stylish yet comfortable. They also have a footwear collection, so I chose a tan colored lace sandals to match with the outfit. It is difficult to go wrong with nude shades. The best part of the collection for me is since it’s targeted at teenagers, I loved the way it made me look younger even though I’m in my mid 20’s 🙂
The men’s Section was pretty cool with a lot of colors and prints to choose from for summer. The collection had shorts, shirts, T-shirts, shades, and hats to name a few. I love it when I see that Fashion has evolved for men as well. After checking out the store and what it has got to offer, I did a quick video chat for the brand, which they may post on their social channels. So, you should go check that out too.
