I’m going through that stage in life where I’m hardly getting time for self or for blogging due to hectic office work. This also means I’m having no time for SPA’s or Pampering sessions at salons. Nevertheless, I try to include some good products in my daily routine which gives nourishment to both my skin and hair. Today, I’m going to talk about one such hair product Kerastase Nutritive Bain Satin 1 Exceptional Nutrition Shampoo. I had heard a lot about Kerastase Nutritive products which were used for hair spas from other bloggers, So I was even more excited to use this Shampoo.

My Experience with the Product: Shampoo comes in a pretty white bottle with a bright red twist-able cap. All the details about the product is written even in English along with french. Shampoo is creamy and shiny in texture, it has a good scent which I felt is neutral as it didn’t have any particular strong scent. In my first wash itself, I felt my hair to be smoother than usual. Whether I use a conditioner or not, it leaves my hair soft and untangled after the wash. It lathers well but if you have applied oil to your hair, you will need to shampoo twice to remove it completely. I also notices that it avoided the occurrence of dandruff which I sometimes have due to pollution. Other than making my hair softer and satin like shinier I thought it didn’t make much difference to my hair until a colleague at worked asked me did you get a hair spa recently. I didn’t have time for spas or hair masks but still getting a compliment like that made me jump with joy.
After 4 – 5 washes, I also felt it made my hair bouncier than usual, which I really liked. I wish it lathered better as I’m scared to use a large quantity of shampoos which contains chemicals in them.

TEC Verdict: 4.5/5
If you love hair spas and want to salon hair just by shampooing at home or if your hair is dull and dry, this is your product. You will feel the price is worth it. But if you already have an healthy hair and wouldn’t like spending a lot on Shampoo, you may skip this.
