Irresistible Me Diamond Flat Iron Review

Hair, for me is an important accessory that I love to flaunt and take a real good care of. You would have seen multiple hair care posts on this website because I consider, good hair can make it a good day for us. I’m someone who has been scared of using blow dryers and hair straighteners often as I believe heat would damage the hair. But the real deal is, if you take good precautions and nourish your hair well, using these products wouldn’t affect much. So I took a step and accepted to review the Irresistible Me Diamond Flat Iron this time.

The flat iron comes in a pitch black, fancy box that has a magnetic opening and easy access to the straightener. The straightener is bright red in color, apologies for stating the obvious 😀 and is quite thin and compact. It is very much travel friendly, I had taken it along in my suitcase during my recent vacation. Seeing how thin and compact it is, One might doubt will it really tame the hair. The answer is yes, it did. I was very pleased with this flat iron!

Product Claims: The diamond and tourmaline technology will protect your hair and keep all the natural hair oils, color and moisture in, leaving your hair healthy, shiny and frizz free. The styling will last longer against air humidity and everyday stress.

Though I don’t have curly hair, my hair sometimes gets frizzy and unmanageable. These are the days I wish that my hair becomes straight and smooth.

It took me about 10 minutes to tame my hair completely with this flat iron. The best part is, flat iron has ceramic ends making sure you don’t burn your fingers. I also loved the fact that it didn’t take away moisture from my hair rather there was a tinge of shine after ironing. I have used this thrice till now and I haven’t seen any adverse affect on my hair.

All the features are shown on the box as you can see in the picture. It has 2.5m cord allowing one to go farther from the socket to straighten the hair, only if you have your mirror far from the socket. The iron heats up to 230 degree, which not many flat iron does. It can be seen on the digital display and also has automatic shut off feature after 30 minutes.

The product will be shipped from the US, if you are in other countries you will need an adapter handy. This wouldn’t cost you much. I couldn’t straighten my hair during my vacation as I had forgotten the adapter 😦 I can’t wait to experiment on hairstyles for straight hair, also this flat iron would be so convenient when I want to put a sleek pony tail. Over all I loved the product and no more afraid of ironing my hair!
