Nakedly Yours – Stay beautiful Naturally

I am always willing to try out any new range of Natural products for skin or hair. I’m gullible when there are natural products. Today I’m going to talk about this newly launched brand called NakedlyYours, whose product concoction is not only natural but also 100% vegetarian. It’s admirable when brands go cruelty free. The products which I got are Lemon Grass Bath Salt, Ode to Ooty Soap, Pink Panther face mask, Charcoal Facewash, Lavender body butter, Clove Foot Salve, Pepper Mint Foot Soak and Chocolate Lip balm.

Nakedly Yours is inspired by nothing but the abundant nature around. Our soap and cosmetic bases are made with a rich blend of unrefined coconut oil, ethically sourced palm oil, rice bran oil, olive oil, grape seed oil, apricot out, walnut oil, mango butter, kokum butter and essential oil to name a few. We add a range of additives right from activated carbon, dried botanicals and different types of clays and salts.

Amongst all the products I received, I was very excited about the charcoal Face wash as I have been seeing so many bloggers raving about goodness of Charcoal in facewashes. I also was eager to use Lemon grass bath salt as I had never used a bath salt earlier.

Charcoal Facewash: It comes in a white bottle with a flip open cap top. The product is a black/dark grey colored liquid. Unlike most of the facewashes, this potion is watery but lathers up well. I have started using this face wash at night and I can feel it cleaning up all the dirt and pollution of the whole day. The product claims to reduce blemishes and I’m looking forward for it. Cleanses well, could see clear and brighter face immediately after the wash.

Ode to Ooty Soap: I generally use body wash or shower gel and not soap, unless it is handmade or natural. This is a clear blue soap with a transparent cover and in the shape of a flower. They also have this in heart shape variant. Ode to Ooty is a misty mix of Eucalyptus, Vanilla and black tea. It has a strong mint fragrance while applying. Gives a cooling effect after the bath.

Pink Panther face mask: It’s a pink colored fine powder with a hint of clay fragrance. Mix this either with rose water or water and apply all over face. You can also mix it with milk and use. It tightens the skin and closes the pores.

Lemon Grass Bath Salt: This jar of bath salt is aromatic and contains granules that can be mixed in your bucket of water or bath tub while bathing. If you are like me who usually takes quick shower, use these bath salts over the weekend for a good pedicure/manicure at home. Pour the salts in warm water, dip your feet/ arms and just relax. The soothing blend of epsom salt, Himalayan pink salt and sea salt will improve blood circulation and ease aching muscles.

Lavender body butter: The product comes in a jar and smells nice. This is best suited if you have dry skin. It contains Shea butter, kokum and cocoa butter, coconut oil and Lavender Essential Oil. I find it best to apply this during night as it tends to make the skin a bit oily. I rub the product against my palm and then apply all over the skin for better results as it warms up the potion.

Clove Foot Salve: This product best suits if you have cracked or dry heels. Since my Mother was looking for a cream, I have given this for her use. Clove is a natural antiseptic and it numbs the pain from cracked and dry feet. Its antibacterial properties help heal the cracks. Sandalwood oil helps repair skin and regenerate new skin cells. The shea butter and castor oil nourishes the skin and makes the skin smooth and soft.

Pepper Mint Foot Soak: The greenish peppermint salts can be used along with bath salts for your Pedicure and Manicure at home. Pepper Mint is an excellent remedy for fungal infections in the nails. It cools the feet and eliminates bad odour. The soothing blend of epsom salt, Himalayan pink salt and sea salt will improve blood circulation and ease aching muscles.

Chocoholic Lip Balm: I have used chocolate lip balms earlier and I love it, this one I just got to use once and sadly I lost it after that. The chocolate flavored lip balm contains Shea butter, Vitamin E oil and Almond oil.
